Remarks

1. Due to proximity to Kai Tak, departures may subject to delay.

2. Noise abatement SIDs LOGAN/RASSE/SKATE will be used after 1500z.

3. Pilots are expected to have charts on board.

4. Pilots must specify in Remarks if they do not have charts on board.

5. For IFR local flights between VHHH and VHHX, pilot should file 'IFR LOCAL' and expect radar vector by ATC.

6. Pilots who are unable to fly SID / STAR must inform ATC on initial contact.

7. Depending on the traffics load, approval for VFR circuits and local flights may be withheld by ATC.

8. Contact Hong Kong Ground for delivery clearance.

9. Pilots must follow all speed restrictions.
